Josh is a real gem!!! He has done such a great job!  He is a true professional   He stayed on top of everything, keeping things moving and problem solving as he went along.  I have been around a lot of construction.  He was like a well-oiled machine.  I had every confidence that he was in control and would make things happen.

Vince was wonderful and had some great ideas.  He is so creative. I appreciate that he was able to get on paper what I had in my head.

Of course, (last but not least) you & John Jr. were there to guide me in the right direction.  And, I needed guidance. I was very intimidated doing this as a single woman.  I knew Mark would watch out for me, but I know all of you had my best interest at heart, as well.  I am so grateful to you that you were willing to take me on as a client.

Again, I could not be happier! This has been a beautiful process from start to “almost” finish.

My husband and I absolutely loved building with Houston Homes. They provided an accurate timeline, were professional, and their crews do crisp work. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and they have been extremely responsive post-closing with any snags we run in to. Our water pressure was too low and they had someone out within hours to fix it.

I highly recommend building with Houston. You will be taken care of and can expect superior quality.

Shout outs to Tina who was super helpful during the initial planning process (and gracefully put up with my indecisiveness), Rachael who helped us with designing, Mike who made sure we understood the process and timeline of building, Josh who was helpful during our pre-drywall walk through, and Rick who did a thorough pre-closing walk through with us.

As 1st home buyers in our 20s, it made more sense building our first house than fighting the real estate market, for many reasons. We had so many questions, but never felt judged or pressured; they walked us through every step. We had some kinks, but never was something we could not work together through.

Houston homes did an excellent job in building our house! The responses to questions I had were exactly what I wanted to hear, as I used to build houses myself. We looked at almost every builder in the area and settled on Houston homes, because our sales rep was very honest and forthcoming when we started dealing with her! She never once pressured us to build with them and always kept us updated on timing and build state! We looked at several of their builds, prior to signing with them, and noticed the attention to details in the completed homes. Everything they said they would do, they did it.
