Arrive at the award-winning Houston Homes, LLC New Home Design Center inspired and ready to make selections that will personalize the look of your new Houston home. Our Designer will lead you through your selection process to ensure each choice fits your design ambitions and your lifestyle.

Meet Rachael Sellmann, new home design professional.

First, you’ll meet with our Sound Room representative at the Design Center to discuss your low voltage needs. Low voltage includes media, technology, and security systems for your new home. Now is the time to incorporate smart home features!

Then, you’ll make color selections for the exterior of your home such as siding, stone, brick and shingle. Available selections are on display in large format samples to make choosing easy.

Next, you’ll select the window color and style you want for your new home. You’ll also choose exterior, interior and garage doors. Paint colors and trim will be selected at this time as well.

Our next stop takes us to Kitchen and Bath. Here, you’ll find a tremendous variety of cabinet door colors and styles, and hardware options to create functional living spaces you’ll really love.

Buyers are always impressed by our tremendous selection of granite and quartz countertops and the wide range of large stainless steel undermount sinks with choice of super single, 60/40 and 70/30 splits. Additional farmhouse apron and silgranite sink options are also available.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the wide range of choices offered in plumbing fixtures. Select the perfect color, style and functionality to give your kitchen and baths the perfect look and most comfortable experience.

Multiple selections will be made in our flooring and tile department, and you’ll love the choices available! Choose flooring for every room and check out our stylish tile options available for backsplash, tub and shower surrounds, and for your fireplace surround.

Imagine the perfect fireplace then make it come to life with choices for your mantel and surround. We’re certain you’ll be happy with our product options and the final outcome.

In your final selection, you will be asked to design the look of your staircase. Choose from a variety of wrought iron looks, a contemporary cable railing system, and classic wooden spindles.
