Attention all Realtors in the St. Charles, Warren and Lincoln County areas!

Houston Homes is hosting our Spring Agent Appreciation Event & Tour on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 11 am to 2pm.  Learn all about our new home communities in Wentzville, Wright City, Moscow Mills, New Town, and tour our O'Fallon design center. We'll be sharing information about our special buyer's agent commission structure -- agents can earn up to 3.2% commission on new Houston Homes. 

Learn how to best facilitate your buyer's new home build journey, check out our outstanding included features in each Houston Home, chat with our design and build team, and learn why Houston Homes is one of the top builders in our area. 

Agents will also be treated to professional headshots to use in their own marketing. Pose for photos in our light and bright staged kitchen and get three of your favorites as digital downloads. 

We'll provide snacks, drinks, informational material, and access to our photographer when you're done with the tour.
