Seeking New Home Sales Specialist

Houston Homes, LLC of St. Charles County, Missouri is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for a New Home Sales Specialist to work within our new home communities across St. Charles, Warren, and Lincoln counties. 

Job Requirements:

• 2 Years of Real Estate or New Home Sales Preferred
• Persuasive communication style with customers
• Ability to remain focused while managing multiple, shifting priorities
• A desire to connect and build lasting relationships with customers 
• Full time availability, including weekends (sales team gets two weekdays off)
• A love for learning about the ever changing industry and for helping others find and build their next home
• Must be able to work on-site at one or more of our communities within St. Charles, Warren or Lincoln county. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plan for prospecting, follow-up and site marketing
• Lead customers through the sales process from initial contact to contract by listening to and selling to their unique needs.
• Set proper expectations and manage customer expectations from process and paperwork to financial documentation, design and construction meetings.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, monthly and annually.
• Financially qualify prospects and consult with lenders to complete the sales process.
